Can You Help Battle Dementia By Playing Sea Hero Quest?…

I read an article the other day about a game you can download free and the time you spend playing helps with Dementia research.

Play Sea Hero Quest and #gameforgood

It sounded like an interesting idea so I downloaded the game and started to rack up some playing time. You are asked to provide some very basic and anonymous data about yourself as a baseline for the research and as you play you are reminded of the contribution you are making.

The game is very easy to play, it is mostly remembering and carrying out simple instructions which means that virtually everyone can play. Each level is quite short so if you have 5 minutes to spare in between meetings it will fit in nicely with that.

But the best part is that your 5 minutes of fun and relaxation could one day help the scientists find a cure for Dementia. That can only be a good thing, right??
